JB Mobile Mechanic Service

Absolute lifesavers! My car broke down completely in the middle of a desert. Niecy came on Saturday evening and fixed everything with kindness, efficiency and grace! She even changed my batteries and filled my tires — these guys are the real deal and very reasonably priced too. They do the job competently with a smile on their face. I would not bother taking your car to a shop- this is better in every way. I live in Dallas but I would consider driving to Lubbock just to have them do my repairs!! 100/100

I was in love with visiting my family and my car blew its radiator. I was stuck and I needed to get back home first thing the next morning. JB Mobil Mechanic, Josh showed up within an hour after phoning him and kept my car overnight. It was fixed by 6:30 the next morning so I was on my way back home to my business the next morning. Josh was very knowledgeable and professional on top of being courteous and understanding. I recommend JB Mobil Mechanic to anybody and everybody.! thanks again, Josh👍🏼

I went here because Jiffy lube warned me about leaks in my truck. When I came here to JB mobile the mechanic gave me a full run down of what the issue was and said he would text me the quoted price. He also did a full check on my vehicle to see if he noticed anything else wrong. So for every individual problem from highest priority to the lowest, he's going to give me a time frame and price quote for each one so I can take care of it all one at a time when I can afford it. His pricing is very reasonable.

Joshua with JB Mobile Mechanic Service was an absolute lifesaver. This past weekend, my daughter, who is a student at Texas Tech, called me because her car would not start. I live in Dallas, so trying to help from a distance was stressful. After some troubleshooting, we realized it was likely the starter, and I had to decide whether to tow the car to a shop or find a reliable mobile mechanic. I contacted Joshua on Sunday morning, hoping there might be some way he could help. He told me he was on his way to church, but said he would come out afterward, get the part, and take care of it. That is exactly what he did. He showed up as promised, diagnosed the issue, confirmed it was the starter, replaced it, and also took the time to look over a few other things, including letting us know the oil was a little low. Joshua was professional, honest, responsive, and dependable during a stressful situation. It gave me a lot of peace of mind knowing my daughter was in good hands. I would absolutely recommend JB Mobile Mechanic Service to anyone, especially parents with students at Texas Tech who may need someone trustworthy in an emergency. He really came through for us, and I’m very gratefu

I hired JB to come evaluate a 2002 Toyota Sequoia that wouldn't start. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a completely dead battery, which was a relief. The battery itself was fairly new, I am in Austin, my son who attends Texas Tech University drives the truck. JB went the extra mile to ensure the warranty on the battery was honored and did not charge me for the cost of a new battery. It is so refreshing to find an honest mechanic and it is greatly appreciated. He worked late into the evening to get this done wrapping everything up after 10pm. If you need a mechanic that will come to you I highly recommend JB. He replaced the battery, cleaned a corroded terminal and applied corrosion preventing grease to ensure maximum durability moving forward. The result, I feel my son is safe driving the vehicle without being stranded on the side of the road somewhere because JB did the job right! Thank you JB, your service is greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Shawn Burrell
